Cool idea and nice to try! My friend loves this place, we definitely wanted to try it. Definitely a lot of ice, a little coffee and a decent amount of egg cream, but I heard that's how it's supposed to be. You have to wait for the egg cream to melt down, then the shot of espresso is mixed with everything. It's strong, so when the ice melts it's just right. Definitely hard to get to when parking is full!

Same deliciousness that the original Tram Cream Coffee offers but with a fancier twist on the decor and seating. I've had a few drinks at this particular location and the few that stand out are: THE BOSS- mango, carrot, cantaloupe, lemon, + passion fruit fresh squeezed juice. COCONUT COFFEE- coffee, coconut milk, milk, + heavy cream. Drinks can take a bit of time to come out. Staff's speed isn't overly slow but they definitely casually get the orders out- be prepared for a wait if the place is on the busier side. What I can attest to is the quality of products being delivered. 4 stars.

I went up to the cashier and I told her it was my first time there and she welcomed me and answered all my questions. It was super straightforward on ordering the coffee. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but the service was so quick. It's a busy and go go go cafe but there is plenty of space to sit-down and enjoy your coffee with others or alone. The coffee was so good and it was really fun to shake it at the beginning to mix the coffee and condensed milk up. I can't wait to go back. Every time I go to San Jose I will definitely come here. The coffee jellies were a pleasant surprise as well.

Have you noticed something lately? I'm all about my Vietnamese coffee with egg cream. Trying to try all the places and I'm willing to drive, within reason. This one took us all the way down to Little Saigon or Vietnam Town all the way off of Story Road in San Jose. This is the 2nd location and it's part of a ginormous Vietnamese Mall with all kinds of other businesses. I was fascinated. Plenty of parking which is a plus but I can see it being a challenge on the weekends. We pulled in@and easily found parking, a perk of going on a weekday before the lunch rush. @tramcreamcoffee is actually HUGE, you have the option to order at the kiosk or with a barista. They weren't busy at the time and more than willing to take our order, but we opted for kiosk as we weren't exactly ready. D1 and I ordered the VIP, which came with Phin filtered coffee, milk, condensed milk, coffee jelly, egg cream, and coffee cream. Only one size for the VIP, large. Definitely let some of that ice melt a bit and shake it up real good. Delicious. The coffee is definitely strong but if you can't handle it why are you even drinking Vietnamese coffee?! . D2 got the Strawberry Cold Brew Fruit Tea and loved her drink. Love that they used fresh strawberries. Super cute cafe. Lots of tables and chairs to hang out. People were already studying at 10 in the morning. Would definitely recommend and try again!

Came here twice in a week. First time with my friend after dinner. We both didn't feel like having caffeine at like 7:30pm so opted for smoothies and their snack item. Not bad. It is super loud here though. Not a hang out to catch up place. Second time with my coffee lover husband after lunch on a weekday. Very poppin' We ordered at the cashier - no options of modifications compared to the kiosk. Again, it's super loud - I am just glad they got my order right. VIP - large - my husband's. Strong like Vietnamese coffee. He loved it. Mocha- small - mostly made of ice... as a lot of reviewers mentioned. It was a hot day so I didn't mind but I did pay a lot... for this drink. The mocha flavor was so on point. Loved it! We would definitely want to come again. Decor is really nice but LOUD. One unisex restroom in the back. Plenty of mall parking.
